Lake Rotorua Hotel

Enjoyed staying at this modern hotel which was easy to locate, with friendly staff providing great service.

Bathroom floor didn't look clean, although everything else was fine. Location was a bit further out of town than I'd anticpated, but still walked in!

the room i booked was did n't always get cleaned properly-floor not mopped and available with 2 double beds & clean facilities. the location was handy, 15 km to rotorua regional airport, perfectly reachable.

The building is beautiful, the location is great and convenient because it's close to attractions like the skyline, zorb, jet boat, and Polynesian spa, with onsite shops.

Location: the hotel was short walk to onsite and convenience shops and anywhere in Rotorua. Didn't like when it was hot humid outside, went to Kfc to relax and grab some food. The breakfast for vegetarians.

The hotel had good service. My room was well-appointed and brand-new with a delightful view of the lake. the location was comfortable, close to the main shopping center and a mall.

We liked the spa pool and heated swimming pool. We had our 6 year old gandson with us and he particularly enjoyed the pools. The room was well appointed.

The pillows were too big and hard so we all ended up using the small decorative bed cushions. Parking was a bit hit and miss and if you missed out on a park in the courtyard it was a fair distance to have to carry your bags etc fom the unsealed car park aound the back. Unfortunately there are major roadworks right out front at the moment so we were a bit confused as to where the entrance was.

the rooms were well-appointed with warm, comfortable beds. the staff were extremely helpful and provided good service. 3. the hotel is conveniently located close to the museum, CBD, parks, and the center of the complex.

Nothing it was a great stay

Clean and quaint.

Unfortunately there were roadworks right outside our window, with a water pump going all night and then workmen starting at 6.30-7.00am talking and making a lot of noise.

The staff here are amazing, offering excellent service and fast Wi-Fi, and they provide a great breakfast option for vegetarians.

The rooms were big & spacy..not too mention immaculate! We were impressed the moment we walked in as the deco was beautiful..bed was super comfortable! There was a ipod speaker in each room for music which was very convenient & the spa was nice & warm..location was perfect!

We liked the pool and spa, the spaciousness of the apartment and found the staff friendly and helpful.
